CampusCube loves to make customers happy. If a Care Packages is lost or damaged in shipping, email support with the Order # at support@CampusCube.com and we will be happy to help track the shipment and/or provide a replacement.
Refunds & Credits
If you purchased a CampusCube multi-box care package plan and your student has left or changed schools, contact support and we can:
- Ship the remaining boxes to a different address.
- Or issue a credit for future use.
- Or refund the balance for any unshipped items.
